Connectivity-Based Parcellation Tools

Regional connectivity-based parcellation (rCBP) is a procedure for revealing the differentiation within a ROI based on its long-range connectivity profiles. CBPtools [4] is an open source software that performs this procedure with a range of customisable options, and provides the output as NIfTI images along with commonly used cluster-validity metrics.
